Passalacqua has been a hotel since 2022, in a villa at Moltrasio. The core of the villa was built towards the end of the eighteenth century by the Odescalchi, on the ruins of a monastery of the Umiliati.

In 1787 it passed to Count Andrea Lucini Passalacqua, who with the architect Felice Soave and the decorator Giocondo Albertolli made it a grand home, with a garden running down to the lake. Vincenzo Bellini stayed here between 1829 and 1833, the years of Norma and La sonnambula. After long neglect the villa was restored in the 1970s. In 2018 it was bought by the De Santis family, who after three years of work opened it as a hotel, with 24 rooms and suites in the villa, the old stables known as the Palazz and a house by the lake. Inside are the staircase with a Rodin bronze, the music room frescoed by Albertolli and Andrea Appiani's ceiling frescoes.
