Timetables in force: the Como–Colico line's boats and fast services and the Lecco–Bellagio line's boats from 5 October to 1 November; the ferry from 5 October to 1 November. The last run on each route, with its arrival; fast services require a supplement; "+1" means after midnight. Full timetables (Gestione Governativa Navigazione Laghi): the line, the Lecco line, crossings Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays, Sundays and public holidays (PDF, in Italian and English).

The lake's lines

Boats, the car ferry and trains, stop by stop. No railway serves Bellagio, Menaggio or the Tremezzina, and the train between Como and Lecco runs inland, through Molteno.

Como–Colico boat
The line that runs the length of the lake: from Como it works up the Como branch calling on both shores, reaches Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna and carries on through the upper lake to Colico. In winter the timetable thins out: fewer runs and a much earlier last departure.
Lecco–Bellagio boat
Along the Lecco branch, from Lecco to Bellagio. A seasonal and infrequent service.
Car ferry
It links Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio and Varenna, and is the lake's only vehicle crossing. It runs all year, even when the scheduled boats cut back.
Railway
The Milan–Lecco–Sondrio–Tirano line runs along the eastern shore; at Colico the line to Chiavenna branches off. In Como, the main stations are San Giovanni, on the Milan–Chiasso line, and Como Nord Lago, on the line to Milano Cadorna.
