The Tremezzina's autumn food festival has been held for more than half a century, every year from October to December.

It is promoted by the Associazione Turistica Tremezzina and the Lario delegation of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina. Restaurants, hotels and other places in the area serve menus of the lake, the land and Lario tradition, some for weeks, others for a single evening or a weekend. Bookings go directly to the restaurants, at the contacts given in the menus.

The 2026 programme

The festival runs from 3 October to 13 December 2026, with some twenty restaurants, hotels and other places in the area. The opening is on Friday 16 October at 18:30 at the Hotel San Giorgio. Among the evenings are dinner “dal Conte Monzino” at Villa del Balbianello on Saturday 7 November, “Autunno in serra” at the Villa Carlotta bistro from 13 to 15 November and, on Friday 20 November, a dinner at the Albergo Lenno cooked with students of the Istituto Vanoni of Menaggio and Porlezza.
