Every 29 September Cremia keeps the feast of San Michele, the village's patron saint.

The Comune holds the fair in Piazza della Gloria, and mass and solemn vespers are celebrated in the church of San Michele at Vignola.

The programme for the 2026 edition

On Sunday 27 September 2026 the feast, organised by the Pro Loco with the Comune, begins around the church of San Michele at Vignola: mass at 11:00 with a charity raffle, at noon a talk on the restoration of the church, then a community lunch and, from 14:00, bouncy castles and games for children. On Tuesday 29 September the fair is open from 8:00 to 16:00; mass is at 10:00 and solemn vespers at 14:00.
