The festival is organised by the Accademia del Risotto al Pesce Persico with the Comune di Cremia, on a May evening on the lakefront at the hamlet of San Vito: free tastings of perch risotto, stalls and music.
The first edition was held in May 2025. In bad weather the festival is cancelled.
The programme for the 2026 edition
On Friday 8 May 2026, from 18:00, the festival is on the lakefront at the hamlet of San Vito: free tastings of perch risotto, stalls of local craftspeople and producers, music. At the first edition, in 2025, more than two thousand portions were served free.
