San Maurizio, Brunate

By tradition, San Maurizio, the hamlet where the Faro Voltiano stands, keeps the feast of its martyr saint on the Sunday nearest 22 September: mass in the little church on Via Giacomo Scalini, then a short procession towards Monte Tre Croci. The feast is free.

On Sunday 24 September 2023, after mass, there are games for young and old at 14:30, run by the Gruppo Giovani di Brunate e Civiglio; lunch is available at the hamlet's restaurants.
