From early December Bellano's gorge lights up with installations in the evening, on a different theme each year.

The event recurs every year in this period, but the dates are not confirmed. Check with the organiser.

In winter the Orrido, the gorge the Pioverna has cut behind Bellano, becomes a trail of lights, with a different theme every Christmas.

Entry is by ticket, also sold online.

The programme for the 2025 edition

From 6 December 2025 to 11 January 2026 the “The Way of Water” edition fills the gorge with creatures of light and installations on water, earth, air and fire. It is open almost every day: on weekdays from the afternoon to 20:00, at weekends and on holidays from 9:00 to 20:00, and until midnight on 5 January, the night of the Pesa Vegia; it is closed on 25 December. It then carries on until 20 March. In 2023 the theme was “Candy Christmas”, in 2024 “Scintille di luce”.
