Selvatica brings together restaurants in the province of Como around the recipes and ingredients of Como and Lombard cooking.
Organised by Confcommercio Como, the festival combines traditional dishes and contemporary interpretations, with different offerings at each restaurant.
The programme for the 2026 edition
The 2026 edition runs from 1 to 31 October. Participating restaurants offer at least one dish from the Como or Lombard tradition in one of three forms: a traditional recipe, a contemporary interpretation of it, or a local ingredient chosen to represent its connection with the area.
