Cantin Vèrt is the tasting that the Associazione Amici del Torchio di Palanzo holds in early September in the village's old cellars, opened up and fitted out for the occasion: wines from the local area and the rest of Italy, with local dishes to go with them and strolling musicians. The same association sets the 1572 wine press working again every October for its festival.
