Since 1974 the gnocchi festival has gone with the feast of the patron saint, San Rocco, on 16 August.

On the square by the church of San Rocco, at Canzaga, the Pro Loco's volunteers serve gnocchi made by hand, at lunch and at dinner.

The programme for the 2024 edition

On 16 August 2024 the programme opens at 10:30 with mass in the saint's honour. From 12:00 the festival opens on the square by the church of San Rocco, where more than fifty Pro Loco volunteers peel, boil, mash and knead potatoes from morning to night. With the gnocchi come salamelle sausages, polenta and missoltini, dried agoni from the lake. In the evening it starts again from 19:00, and after dinner there is music and dancing.
