Why go

Domaso's beaches form a long pebble shore on the upper lake, backed by lawns and trees near the village.

The Via Case Sparse section faces open water. Its position is associated with sailing and windsurfing: in fine weather the Breva can blow in the afternoon, while wind and waves vary with weather conditions. On the upper lake the Breva is strengthened and can exceed 15–20 knots, accompanied by waves. Behind the lakefront, the old centre retains arcaded houses and lanes climbing towards the mountain.

  • The pebble shore with lawns and trees, close to the village.
  • Exposure to the Breva, associated with sailing and windsurfing on the upper lake.

Highlights

  • The free beach north of the village
  • The Breva, a southerly wind

Getting there
